Licence Condition
Commissioning of the electro-coagulation treatment system must be completed by 30 June 2021.
Prior to 31 August 2021 the licensee must submit a report to the EPA that details the treatment performance and effectiveness of the electro-coagulation treatment system. The report must also detail whether any additional effluent treatment measures are necessary, post combined abattoir and tannery effluent flows, and make any necessary recommendations as to the identification and implementation of those additional effluent treatment measures.
Implementation of combined abattoir and tannery effluent flows must be completed by 31 July 2021.
